Overview

weed.de is a German medical cannabis platform that connects patients, certified doctors, and pharmacies in a single digital flow. I led product design across the platform, shaping UX direction, designing core flows from onboarding through checkout, and building an atomic design system that scaled with the product. The platform has since grown to over €1.5M in revenue.
